Focus Group Results:
Scott Novak, Executive Vice President of The Whelan Group, recently conducted research with high school seniors about what they deemed most important when looking at a college or university Web site. In the process, he had them rate the effectiveness of more than 35 college and university Web sites. The responses were intriguing.
